STUFF TO KNOW


  • The Bike Kiosk uses peddle-assisted eBikes. This means you do have to peddle but you can choose how much electric help you get with every stroke.
  • The minimum age for our eBike tours is 16-years-old.
  • If you want to bring your toddler(s), we have 2 trailers that attach to our bikes. They have a weight limit of 40 kilograms.
  • We guarantee that everything you touch has been disinfected; that is, helmets, handlebar grips, seats, brakes, etc.
  • Sounds silly, but you must know how to ride a bike.
  • Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your session start time for bike and helmet fitting.
  • After your adventure, ask us about how to claim your free San Churro deal.

YOUR GLITTERING COURSE

  • Your RIDE THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS adventure will begin with a safety briefing, and quick how-to-use eBike demo.
  • The route takes us on cycleways, roads, dual-use footpaths, and even over vacant land. On a couple of occasions, we will need to cross a busy road.  Please heed the advice of your tour guide(s).
  • The tour will stop at select locations for that must-have photograph (just tag us @thebikekiosk when you post on FB and Insta - hee hee)
  • There are parts of this adventure that are very popular.  We may have to slow down.  We may even have to stop. Please be patient...it will pass.

    ** If you are over 182cm, or under 160cm, please let us know in the special comments section so that we can reserve the best bike for your size.

    **TBK tours require minimum numbers to proceed. The booking system will send a pending order email confirmation when you make your online booking.  When minimum numbers are attained, your tour will be automatically confirmed.**
